I am an experienced, reliable and supportive professional with a passionate conviction that culture, arts, heritage and museums can change people’s lives and bring communities together.

Most of the work I do stems from my belief that cultural organisations have a responsibility to respond to their communities' needs and agendas and involve them in decisions. I directed the largest ever programme of organisational change and community participation in the museum sector.
With over 35 years’ experience at a senior level across the whole range of the museum and cultural sector, I can help you and your organisation to move forward and transform in an innovative way, with positive outcomes for your communities, strategic partners, potential users and staff.
